- Orders take 1-2 days to process and 2-5 days to arrive after being shipped
- we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. We can only replace your package if you purchased Route Protection plan!
- Please give us 48 hours to respond to your email or text.

- Please make sure all your personal information is correct before checking out! If your package says "returned to sender" be prepared to pay for additional shipping costs.
- Any Cancellations please notify us within 24 hours, after that we can NOT cancel your order.
